Comfortboutiqueg wants you to be completely satisfied with your interior décor product purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through our website.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized interior décor items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the return authorization number with your shipment
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
